These are the terms for ordering from Soft Touch Creations Co. LLC, a custom-gift business in Killeen, Texas. Placing an order means you agree to them.

The heart of it: everything is made to order with your names and wording on it, so we send you a proof to approve before anything is made — and once it is made, personalized items can't be resold to anyone else. Approve the proof carefully, and if we get something wrong, we fix it.

How ordering works

You send a request through the form or by email.
We reply with a quote and talk through what you want.
You approve the quote and pay through a Square invoice.
We send a digital proof — the artwork, the spelling, the layout.
You approve the proof. Production starts after that, not before.

Proofs and spelling — please read this one

Custom work is only as right as the details you give us. When you approve a proof, you are confirming the spelling of every name, every date, and every line of wording.

If an approved proof goes into production with a typo that was in the proof, a remake is a new order at full price. If we made a mistake that was not in the proof you approved, we remake it at no charge. That is the line, and it is why we send the proof.

Turnaround and shipping

Production time is stated on the main page and begins when you approve the proof — not when you place the order. Shipping time is on top of that.

Rush work is sometimes possible. Ask before you order rather than after, and it may carry a rush fee.

Once a package leaves us it is in the carrier's hands. We will help you chase a lost or damaged parcel and we will always try to make it right, but we do not control carrier delays.

Returns and cancellations

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once your name, date or design is on it, nobody else can buy it. This is standard for custom work.

What we do stand behind:

It arrived damaged — tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
We made it wrong — if it does not match the proof you approved, we remake it free.
It is defective — a lid that does not seal, a decal that will not stick, a print that comes off. Tell us and we will fix it.

You can cancel before you approve the proof and get a full refund. After proof approval, materials are cut and production has begun, so cancellation may not be possible.

Artwork and logos you send us

If you send a logo or image, you are telling us you have the right to use it. We use it only to make your order.

We may photograph finished work and show it on our site or social media as an example of what we make. If you would rather we didn't, just say so when you order and we won't.

Our own designs

Designs and artwork we create stay ours. You are buying the finished item, not the right to reproduce the design elsewhere.

Prices

Prices are quoted per order and hold for 30 days from the quote. Materials and shipping costs move, so a quote from months ago may need refreshing.

If something goes wrong

Email info@softtouchcreationsco.com and tell us what happened. Most things get sorted in one message. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
