Soft Touch Creations Co. LLC is a small custom-gift business in Killeen, Texas. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us.

What we collect

When you fill out the request form on this site, you choose what to send us. That is usually:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one — it is optional
• Whatever you tell us about the gift you want: the occasion, names, dates, wording, quantities

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or any health or financial information. Please do not send those through this form.

What we do with it

• Reply to you and talk through what you want made
• Quote, make, package and ship your order
• Follow up about that order — a proof to approve, a delivery question, a problem to fix

That is the whole list. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anybody.
• We do not share it with other businesses to market to you.
• We do not use it to build a profile of you or make automated decisions about you.

Who else can see it

A few services handle your information only so this business can run. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your details for their own purposes:

• Our website host, which receives the form and passes it to our email.
• Our email provider, where your message lands.
• Square, if you buy something — Square handles payment directly and we never see or store your full card number.
• Shipping carriers, who need a name and address to deliver your order.

We may also share information if the law requires it — for example, a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and business purposes, and inquiries that never became orders for a reasonable period in case you come back. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of a completed sale.

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Just say what you want. You do not need a special form or particular wording, and we will not make it difficult.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Children

This site is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the new version replaces this page and the date at the top changes with it.
